What is Self Tanning Mousse?

Self Tanning Mousse is a self-tanner that has a foamy, mousse formula. It is also commonly referred to as fake tan. The product is applied topically all over the body and face to achieve a temporarily darker skin tone.

How many applications will I get from one bottle of Self Tanning Mousse?

One bottle of the Bali Body Self Tanning Mousse will provide approximately 6-8 full body coats. The mousse is a quick drying fake tan that you can sleep in if preferred. We recommend leaving the fake tan on the skin anywhere between 1-8 hours depending on your desired colour.

How long will a bottle of Bali Body Self Tanning Mousse last on my skin?

The Bali Body Self Tan will last approximately 5-7 days when used in conjunction with daily application of a moisturising lotion. Moisturising before fake tan in all dry areas (hands, elbows, knees and feet) and moisturising after fake tan will ensure you get your best, long-lasting self tan.

Is tanning lotion or mousse better?

The consistency of a Self Tanning Mousse makes it much easier to apply than a tanning lotion as it can be massaged into the skin quickly and easily. Using a mousse is also less likely to result in streaks on the skin as opposed to using a tanning lotion.

Can you use self tanner on your face and if so, for how long?

While the Bali Body Self Tanner is full of nourishing oils making it extremely gentle to apply to the face we recommend using our Face Tan Mist for best results. The Bali Body Face Tan Mist is a skincare and self tanning product that has been specifically formulated to give your face and neck a sun-kissed complexion. The Face Tan Mist can be left on the face for 4-6 hours depending on your shade preference.

Can you sleep with self tanner on?

The Bali Body Self Tan is perfectly safe to be left on overnight. It is a quick drying mousse that you can sleep in if preferred. We recommend leaving the fake tan on the skin anywhere between 1-8 hours depending on your desired colour.

How to guide

For a light tan, wash off after 1 hour. For a medium to dark tan, leave for up to 4 hours. For the deep tan, leave for 8 hours before showering.

    Best self tanner EVER!

    It’s the perfect color , it’s not orange and looks as close to natural as natural gets with out being overly obvious , I get compliments on how beautiful my tan is all the time and people always ask what tanning oil I use to get this tan lol . Great company too , I was having issues with the color of a bottle ( it was my fault it was old ) and the had no issue replacing it & the shipping guy man handled my package and broke my replacement bottle and they didn’t hesitate to replace it ! Love this company. I wish I could team up with them for reviews and product reviews on social media

    Nice color and hydrating

    This is a very good product. I find my skin very nicely hydrated after using this mousse. It gives a very natural color, not streaky at all. Also the smell was minimal compared to other products. I only found it quit sticky and so a bit transferring to my sheets and I needed to top up with a gradual tan 3-4 th day - even though it might have been due to hot summer days and more sweating.

    AMAZING!!

    tried out this tan one time because my usual tan was out of stock and I'm so glad I did. It goes on so evenly and is streak free and not orange at all, it doesn't stain my sheets like most other tans do and it smells good too. 10/10 recommend this tan to anyone and everyone
