The BB Air Rewards Program features 4 tiers: 

• Economy Class (0-99 Points)
• Business Class (100-149 Points)
• First Class (50-399 Points)
• Private Jet (400+ Points)

When you are upgraded to the next flight class, you will receive more benefits, exclusive rewards and gifts.

You can find this information on your account page. When you reach a new tier, you will receive an email notification welcoming you to more exclusive benefits and rewards.

It is completely free to sign up for the BB Air Rewards Program.

As a BB Air Rewards Program member, you’ll receive birthday rewards, exclusive promotions, and discounts in exchange for points, free gifts and so much more.

Tiers in the BB Air Rewards Program are reviewed annually. When you reach a new tier, you’ll keep those benefits for 12 months from when you entered the tier. Points expire 12 months after you earn them.

You can earn points on almost all purchases, including individual products and items during promotions.

There is no limit to earning points.

Yes! You can refer your girlfriends, so you both get 15% off your next purchase.

To refer a friend, simply go to the rewards page, scroll down to the section that says “Make it a girl's trip” and share the unique referral link with your friend. Once they’ve redeemed their 15% discount, you’ll receive yours via email.

Points are automatically added to your account after placing an order or completing certain actions. When you have enough points you can choose how to use your points. Rewards aren’t automatically applied. You can decide whether to redeem them during checkout or save them for future purchases.

You can redeem points for rewards starting at just 100 points, which convert to $5. Similarly, 200 points convert to $10, and 400 to $20.  Check out the rewards section in your account to see the options available.

To redeem your points, log into your account and select the discount you would like to redeem at checkout.

Points are linked to your account and cannot be transferred to another member. But you can always refer a friend to help them earn their points!

No, you will not receive points for orders placed before signing up for BB Air. Please ensure you are logged in to your account when placing an order to earn points.
