We offer tracked FREE shipping on orders over $50. Express shipping options are also available, with cost calculated at the checkout.

Orders that contain aerosol product/s (1 Hour Express, Instant Tan and Face & Body SPF50 Sunscreen) can only be be shipped using standard pack and track priority, and prices for this shipping method will be calculated at checkout. Aerosol orders will need to have their Duties and Tax paid at checkout to ensure smooth clearance of your order through Canadian customs.

We do not offer express shipping to Canada for orders containing aerosol product/s.

Please allow approximately 7-12 business days to receive your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. If you chose our express shipping option your order will take approximately 2-4 working days to arrive.

All orders to Canada are shipped from our distribution centre in California, US.

Orders are shipped with our US Shipping Partner, and you can track your order using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Express shipping with UPS takes approximately 2-4 business days to arrive once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. The cost of express shipping is calculated at checkout.

As all orders to Canada are dispatched from our distribution centre in California, US. They may attract import duties and taxes from Canadian authorities. Bali Body is not liable for any import duties or taxes charged and we do not accept returns if an order has qualified for import taxes.

Unfortunately not, as soon as your order has left our warehouse we are unable to change any of the details. Always be sure to triple check your order details and notify our customer service team at info@balibodyco.com as soon as you realise something is incorrect. Bali Body will not be liable for orders missing due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

If your order is being shipped with our free regular mail option then you may use a PO Box. If you have chosen to use UPS Express, please ensure your postal address is to a home or business address. You must also provide a mobile phone number so that the courier can call you if they require further delivery confirmation and/or updates.
