We offer free tracked shipping on the majority of orders to Canada.
Express shipping is also available at an additional cost which is calculated at the checkout.
Please allow approximately 10-25 business days to receive your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse (if you chose the free tracked option). If you chose our express shipping option your order will take approximately 3-5 working days to arrive.
All orders to Canada are shipped from our distribution centre in London, UK.
Orders are shipped with Asendia UK then handed over to Canada Post. Once your order clears customs, you can track it on the Canada Post website using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. The same tracking number is used for both shipping partners.
Express shipping with DHL takes approximately 3-4 business days to arrive once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. The cost of express shipping is calculated at checkout.
As all orders to Canada are dispatched from our distribution centre in the United Kingdom, they may attract import duties and taxes from Canadian authorities. Bali Body is not liable for any import duties or taxes charged and we do not accept returns if an order has qualified for import taxes.
Due to COVID-19, please be aware that the above shipping times may be temporarily affected and you may experience delays in receiving your order. We ask you to please be patient with our shipping partners during this period and understand that any delays with shipping are completely out of our control. Unfortunately not, as soon as your order has left our warehouse we are unable to change any of the details. Always be sure to triple check your order details and notify our customer service team at email@example.com as soon as you realise something is incorrect. Bali Body will not be liable for orders missing due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
You can track your order using the tracking number and link provided to you in your shipping confirmation email. As soon as your order is processed through customs, we recommend tracking it directly with Canada Post for the most up to date and accurate tracking information.
If your order is being shipped with our free regular mail option then you may use a PO Box. If you have chosen to use DHL Express, please ensure your postal address is to a home or business address. You must also provide a mobile phone number so that the courier can call you if they require further delivery confirmation and/or updates.
